Turtle is 2 weeks old today!

I can't believe it!

He is already so big and strong! I think we have sorted out most of the issues with his monitor, too, so we're not bombarded with shrieking alarms in the middle of the night. I'm really glad and I'm hoping he will be able to come off it soon. Fingers crossed.

Our backyard fence is being installed today, too. This is huge news - it will be great to not have to take the pugs out for walks all the time and I know Bentley is going to love the opportunity to just run, run, run. And eat our mulch. Whatever makes him happy.

We are settling into a routine with Turtle. DH is worried about not spending enough time with his son, because of work, so he's been adamant about taking certain feedings, and tonight he's starting storytime. Works for me. I do all the feedings except 7pm, 1am and 7am. So far it's working pretty well.

Mom is leaving first thing Sunday morning. I'm going to miss her (she's been fantastic), but she's coming back for a few weeks in July. It will be awesome to see her again.
