Cap's and the Intercoastal

This weekend, we took Turtle out to lunch. We had planned to go to The Reef, but when we got there, it wasn't what DH had expected, so we headed to our old favorite: Cap's. Yum.

DH forgot Turtle's sippy cup, so we had to play the straw-dropper game. Correction. DH had to play it. And Turtle LOVED it. He kept pushing his food away, and pointing to DH's water glass for more.




See here - you can just tell he's about to stick out his finger. The chicken is good, but water from a straw is better.



After lunch, I took him down to the beachy area. He was not a fan of the sand.



We sat on the big tree.



And then DH walked him down to the water. He was a little cautious of the waves coming in, but he seemed very interested, too.
