Days 17 & 18: 30 Day Shred - level 3

I like level 3. I really do.

For crap's sake - the whole first strength circuit is essentially laying down. How could that at all be bad? It's kind of like a pre-workout nap. Except for the sweat. But I can live with that.

Speaking of which, I'm not dripping by the end anymore, either. And if you know anything about me, you know I hate sweat. So it's awesome.

And I feel great. DH caught me working out the other day (even though he's forbidden to bother me during the 22 minutes it takes to do it), and he said he was really impressed by the ab move I was doing. That's right, DH. I'm all strong and whatnot. You watch yourself, buddy.

I didn't have the chance to work out this weekend as I was baking for a wedding, so Monday was a little rough on my ankles. However, by today, I was all good to go. Some of the jump training is a little hard on my knees, but I can modify to accommodate my needs.

I haven't weighed in again, but I will at the end of the week. As of last Thursday, I was down 3lbs, and my clothes are fitting great. I still have some areas I want to target, but that's what the Power Sculpt and Cardio DVDs will be for.

I can't believe I'm almost at Day 20!
