Days 15 & 16: 30 Day Shred - level 3

That's right. I did it. I moved on up, one more time. ;)

There are some moves I will never be able to master because of my knees, and I'm ok with that. However, I was able to complete all the exercises (breaking a sweat, but not dying out of breath).

So up I went on Day 15.

For some reason, Level 3 moves faster. It's almost done before I even feel like we've started. This makes me happy. Also, some of the exercises are much more gratifying. By this, I mean, when I get done with a circuit, my legs feel like they are going to melt and my lungs are burning.

Yay, right?

Right!

On Day 15, I really though I was going to need medical care. I felt nauseous again, and absolutely wrecked. I spent half the cooldown in fetal position on my yoga mat. I was cooling down. And stretching. Just not how Jillian prescribes.

Today, not so bad. I can feel the tightness in my abs from my rib cage, all the way down to my lower abs, which I couldn't before. The concentration of this workout is far more intense and the pace is much increased, which is a vast improvement, in my opinion.

As far as results? I am down 3lbs. Not a huge change, but considering how much muscle I've been building and how much better my clothes fit... Well, that's a great thing.
