A little football

The NFL football schedule is out, at long last. I'm thrilled because I missed soooo much live football last season with my morning sickness.

The Dolphins open up and close against the Jets. Blah. They also have a super early bye week again, which is never a good thing for them. I know it will be a major rebuilding year for the Fins, but maybe with Bill Parcells there, they will turn it around a little bit. Of course, nothing would make me happier than seeing the Jets fail worse than last year, but let's not focus on that.

The Jags have a good schedule too. The Packers and the Colts will both be playing here. Obviously, the Packers won't be the same without Favre, but I would really love to see the Colts in person. I'm sure that it will be a tough ticket, but we'll see what we can do.

Actually, the Fins will be up here to play the Jags in preseason. I usually don't do preseason games, but would like to see my team in action. I'll have to see if I'm up to it.

While I like baseball and hockey, it'll be good to get out of this spring slump and back to the NFL/NCAA.
