Errand Saturday

Whoo-hoo! I actually love running weekend errands. It's a sickness.

We headed over to BRU, quickly becoming our new staple store (ha ha, Target, just kidding!), because DH wanted to get our stroller and changing pad for Turtle's dresser. He was adamant about test driving the stroller, and then making sure that it was good for me, too (um, honey, what do you think I was doing when I went to the store and registered for it?), and fortunately, he gave it two thumbs up.

I was able to get a few more open-bottom gowns, since they've been hard to find, and then DH asked for the millionth time if I had registered for one of those Baby Bjorn carriers. I'm getting the impression he might want one. I also asked him about his own diaper bag. Apparently, he is of the misguided opinion that he will just carry the Coach. Excuse me while I laugh hysterically. So I registered for a cool looking backpack for him to use, as well as a carrier for him and a sling for me. He'll like that.

Then it was off to Home Depot where we got a fan and floor lamp for Turtle's room and a garage door opener. I'm hoping our neighbor knows how to install them so he can help out. I ziptied the Canes mobile to Turtle's crib, hung up the decoupaged wall circles, put the lamp together, and now I'm tucked up in bed with Miss Molly, watching Clash of the Titans, while he and the boy puggers watch the Yankees.

Oh, did I mention? There was ColdStone. :)
