This weekend, we went to the baptism of A, daughter of our friends J & N. It was a beautiful service, and it was Turtle's very first mass. He did so well; we were extremely proud of him. He clapped with great appreciation after the guitarist's songs, pointed at and called the priest "da-da", and then got a giggle fit after communion. All in all, a success.
Here he is, ready to have some fun.
He was quite the little charmer. After a little while, he zeroed in on A's great grandmother, who was eating a delicious cookie. Turtle kept walking up to her, flashing his beautiful blue eyes and saying "Mmmmm." Of course, she couldn't resist his wiles and handed over bites of cookie without a second thought.
Then, he found another mark in his little friend H. They played together quite nicely, and then H's mommy pulled out some graham cracker goldfish. H actually FED them to Turtle, who sat there, mouth willingly open, to accept his yummy treats. I'm quite convinced he has a hollow leg.
Loving on my little man.
Showing Daddy the gorgeous sunflowers.
We dressed in perfect colors for this. :)
I just loved this.
